Another Beautiful Day

Hi Everyone, The ship has had trouble with their Internet service so we could post as often Yesterday we were in Ketchikan, we had beautiful weather, High 80's and sunny. They are know for having the most rain in the USA. Average 12ft a year. We saw no rain,drizzle or sprinkle (just sunshine). We think MA is going for the record this year. After breakfast we went for a morning of kayaking. It was a lot of fun. We got very close to an eagle and her 2 babies. The babies were almost the same size, Baby eagles are all brown feathers. Their white feathers don't come in until they are almost 2 years old. Very large and beautiful birds to watch. After our kayaking we went back for lunch and then toured the town. Very quite little side streets. Creek street is all old stores built up on the creek. We went to totem park and saw old totem and new ones too. We saw how samon spawn and how the come back to lay there eggs in the same place they were born. It was fun to watch the float planes land and take off right next to our ship. Had a great show last night and went to an amazing midnight buffet Today(Thursday) We all slept in today (even mike didn't get up until 10:30. Today the kids have been gone all day with their friends. Didn't even eat with us for dinner. Nice weather and great views of the inside passage. I will try to post another video but the Internet doesn't always last long enough for it to load. Livy sand in a talent show today, she did very well. In the morning we will be in Vancouver and take the shuttle to Seattle. We checked the weather and it is supposed to be in the 80's and sunny. We have many exciting things to explore there.
